Dear Sir,
I am having BSNL mobile Excel prepaid connection No. 9471087094. I have opted for Rs 606/- power for free STD to any BSNL Landline or mobile all over India scheme which is valid for One Month. I have duly recharged my connection with Rs. 606/- on 2/12.
But form today whenever I am dialling from my number to any BSNL number outside BIhar a deduction of .50 paise per minute is made in my account. I am unable to understand this, since I am having validity till 1/1.
Please look into the matter rectify this at the earliest as it has already caused monetary loss inspite of paying for Power voucher.
The Call Centre Executive of BSNL gave me Complaint # 3932932 and told that the problem has been resolved and no future deductions will be made next BSNL To BSNL STD Landline/Mobile calls, but unfortunately and to my utmost surprise amount is being deducte from my mobile balance. This is reallyvery bad state of affairs.
