I have bsnl excel prepaid (m.p. circle) with mobile no-9424955857.i recharge my phone of Rs 20 (sms balance) on 21/08 at 6.45 pm, but i didn't get. I tried to contact the customer care, but its imposible from my cell.i am facing this problem from last four months.
