Excess charge

I called on the all india railway enquiry no 138 on 17.12.10 at around 10 p.m. from bandel junction, West Bengal from my mobile no 9434413286. My duration of enquiry around 74 secs, surprisingly I saw that Rs. 10. has been deducted for this call. As my knowledge the charge is 90 paise/ 180secs.

I lodged this complain thrice at BSNL customer care, but no action has been taken yet.
