My bsnl gurgaon landline no 0124 - 2325689 has no dial tone since last one week. I have registered complaint at 198 but no one has turned up or rectified the fault till date.
Infact, one other problem has arised since last date-when I call on my no. some other person picks up the phone. My line has gone to some other person's tel. He can even misuse it if he wishes. Its very rediculous on BSNL's part. I hope this complaint is taken seriously.
