BSNL Ghaziabad
No Connection even 1 month after applying

I (Bhupendra Kumar) applied for BSNL landline connection on 12/07

Reciept No. 112293919

Cons No. PTV UPWGZB2011073601

Untill now date 24 Aug. I didnot get anything working from BSNL.

I met SDO Ghaziabad Mr. Tiwary twice, he gaves silly reasons like "they dont have diggers to dig ground for new connection".

I want a clear answer from BSNL whether they are able to do this or i look for alternate service provider.
