BSNL GPRS
POOR SERVICE

I activate my bsnl mobile connection on 17 march with gprs plan of rs 274 from patiala telecom office. But problem is that gprs service is very poor. I try phone no 01752307878 and 01752203838 but no reply I try at customer care no 123 but it waistage of time and money.
