I have been using BSNL GPRS service from about oct and it was working fine.
But after the last recharge of Rs 230/- (for 1 month unlimited gprs) on 10th Jan my GPRS has stopped working.
When i starts my web browser on mobile, it gives the messege "SUBSCRIBE TO PACKET DATA FIRST" and "Link not available".
I have been calling to customer care for past 8 days (i.e. from 12th Jan) for about 3-4 times per day and i have tried all the tricks/solutions told by customer care, but still my GPRS is not working and is showing the same messege "subscribe to packet data first"
I have the gprs settings; my valdity expiry is 8 months away; have a balance >200.
i have prepaid sim of panipat.
give me some solution.
