To unsubscribe caller tune

I want to unsubscribe my caller tune so call to bsnl costumer care but after holding me 20 min. they cut the call,

after that i send sms "bt dact" to 56700 to deactivate my caller tune, but they reply that my request can be perform on that time.

i also want to unsubscribe my music station service but because of there unresponsiveness i cant determine its deactivatin process.
