I have lifetime connection of bsnl gsm mobile service, on 7th Aug'10 my validity of the connection expired for that reason I have recharged with 110rs to extend the validity and I received the balance but the validity was not extended. I called the so called help line but they were unable to help because their system were getting upgraded, I called the helpline several times from 7th Aug'10 to 8th Aug'10 but I got the same reply as system upgradation is going on please call later when I asked for any nodal number or mail id their executive refused to give said they don't have any nodal contact person and disconnected the call. I was in a big problem as I was not able to make any outgoing call so I mailed the issue to bsnl but till date the problem has not been resolved and I am not able to make any outgoing call no steps has been taken by bsnl except a couple of phone calls which I have received by their officials.
