Non justified Deduction OF GPRS charges

I Dinesh Bhatt is a BSNL Preapid 2G User of Rajasthan circle and usually recharge with 230 GPRS voucher through which Any one get unlimited GPRS facility. But today on 25 december Christmas, early in the morning as i started using GPRS, it start deducting of charges even the number (919460919240) was charged with unlimited GPRS voucher.
