Without request active caller tune and deduct money

Hi,

This is Dhaval Kamani.

I have problem with the services against BSNL caller tune, because without request they were started my CT and cut the money from my balance.

So Please reply me as soon as possible, otherwise i have to go to the Consumer forum court.
