Wrongly activated survice

Sub:- Deactivation of unsubscribed scheme and Return deducted amount back

Dear sir,

Kindly stop deactivate my WORD-BSNL Alert service which was activated on 6th February. Rs. 20 was also deducted from my balance. I haven't subscribed this scheme. Please look in the matter and retun my deducted balance to my no.9428599684 back.
