Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Mr. Anirban Das, using BSNL mobile no.(9409559920) of Gujarat Circle, fade up by wrong deduction of balance in BSNL SIM (9409559920). Now I am at Vastrapur, Ahmedabad-15, Gujarat; and I am using Internet from here. I am using Internet pack but my balance is deduced from my main balance around 09-Nov. In that day my main balance is deduced from Rs. 16.13 to Rs. 7.74 wrongly, I have made complain at customer care for that. They have given me complain no. "K092006220" dated 09-Nov. Now they are claiming that they have returned that balance although "no balance" is added into my account. Again yesterday on 11.11.11 when I connected to the Internet they deduced my balance to ZERO (Null), although my Internet balance has the validity was till 11.11.11. I have also made complain against this to BSNL customer care many times but instead of my repeated request my problem is not solved. Now when I am requesting customer care to take my complain they are refusing to take my complain. They are just avoiding to talk properly.
So, in this situation it's my last step against BSNL GUJARAT, to get my balance refund from them. I am requesting you to do the necessary to get my balance refund as soon as possible.
