I have registered a complaint bearing No. NRP60625 against phone no. 27414755.

Surpringly, I have received a SMS from BSNL PORTAL that complaint for Ph. no. 27414755 is cleared on 20-JUN-11 at 04_23 PM.

But complaint has not been solved by BSNL department.

So kindly lookinto the matter and take necessary actions immediately
