My lamd line telephone 02525-274902 is dead since 02/08/10, i have registerd complaint on BSNL toll free number 168, and met personnaly in department office MIDC Tarapur with concern person twice, but still my phone line is dead. non of the action is taken by BSNL.
In our MIDC tarapur, dist thane, MS area, the services provided BSNL are very bed.
No action on most of the complaints, and people returning their instrument return back to BSNL.
Even big companies also suffering from trouble.
Will there be improvement in situation?
