We have BSNL landline connections, 0250-2587409 and 0250-2585604. Both are with internet connections. But for the last so many months both these phones have no net facilities. Repeated complaints have had no effect in restoring the services. In the interim the bills continue to be charged for unprovided services. Please address the issue since it is causing me immense financial burden along with mental stress.
