My landline phone is completely dead from April more than 2 months. I want to lodge a complaint through bsnl phone but thre are no bsnl phone in the telephone booth everybody is using TATA & Reliance phone so I contacted them their office landline number one of the staff picked up the phone and told me to make a complaint in 198 no. I tried to tell her my problem but she is not ready to listen it and said "don't argue with me". With no proper or absoulte no help from the staff at the Kalyan Telephone exchange I am really confused & disturbed, how can an organisation employ such ridiculous staff at a Government owned organisation I approached them through one of sr. retired officials of MTNL and I got a reply the cable is damaged. Whenever I try to contact them the answer is same. If the cable is damaged why they are not changing. Changing the cable will take 2-3 months?

If you will not rectify the same in one week’s time, I will take a decision to surrender the phone. At any cost, please make sure that you will not deduct any monthly charges, etc. during the period from my landline is dead.
