Land line phone is dead

I am an Electrical Officer in Western Railways. This is my official land line phone at my residence. Phone no. 0250-2339366 is dead for last 6 days. Complaint is lodged immediately and after a span of last 6 days nothing has been done except promosing to attend the fault. Complaint phone no at vasai road no 02850-2332999 is either not responding or giving busy tone. Dont know what to do?
