Excess billing for the mobile phone

Dear Sir/ Madam,

For my mobile number 9433041415 account no: 343479840,

the bill amount due for the month of October'09 Rs 329 is paid on 19/11/09 at Bura Buzar Post Office but form the next month the paid amount is not adjusted and the amount is carried forward with the next bill. It is continuing till date with late fees. Please see the mater.
