Am kalaivanan residing in kumbakonam, my bsnl land line number 2412652.i have been complaining about noise disturbence in my land line while in incoming and out gouing.i had made a complaint several time with kumbakonam tele phone office.last one month am suffering withthis problem.but no body is responding to me.then why the hell this bsnl is claiming that they are best in service,? is that because this one of the govt.org? nowadays all private tele communications addressing issue with the customer very fast.but this bsnl not at alla giving any respect to the people.really worst one i can say.
