I had applied for a bsnl landline connection in october. The line which i was allotted, 26763045, is very noisy from the first day of installation. One can not make any calls with this connection as nothing is audible. I complained several times to officials at different levels but did not get any resolution. The lineman says the box is faulty and as and when he will receive order to change the box, it will be solved. Now the question is who will replace the box and when? Me or the BSNL authorities? It has been passed more than 2 months and I am yet to get my problem solved. My landline is as good as absent.
