Phone not working

Sir,

my mother is alone the only mode of communication is landline (Kollukadav exchange).phone no-0479 2366459.its not working sing june last week, lineman from Punthala exchange checked and found that the fault is in instrument but since then no one came to change the instrument.so, pls kindly consider ths problem sympathetically as soon as possible...
