Extra Rent

We got our BSNL Landline Connection 0171-2532317 free with Broad Band connection, around 5 months back,

we changed our Plan & from last 5 months we are continuously getting Rent of Rs. 180/- included in our Bill but

no calls have been provided to us.

Our connection is just for incoming.

Requesting to kindly refund the extra Rent charged on immediate basis. '
