Main wire in def& not proper working

Dear Sir,

My Phone no. 0171-2654421 is not properly working of the one year. And now main wire of phone line is also def. many joint in a wire. I am going many time in telephone exchange& when i call in telephone exchange to taught JE, OPERATE hold the phone & no response give me. So, I request Please take some action.
