PHONE DEAD FOR ONE MONTH BUT NO ACTION INITIATED

MY LAND LINE AND BROAD BAND (079-25710660) FREQUENTLY GOES OUT OF SERVICE BUT THIS TIME CONTINOUSLY IT IS DEAD FOR MORE THAN 20 DAYS. THE COMPUTERISED COMPLAIN IS AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED BY BSNL EMPLOYEE UNAUTHORISELY WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM DUE TO WHICH I HAD TO REGISTER COMPLAIN FOUR TIMES. BSNL OFFICIAL AT PHONE 079 25715161 DOES NOT LIFT THE PHONE AT ANY POINT/ TIME OF THE DAY. BUT THEY ARE SMART ENOUGH TO RAISE THE BILL EVERY MONTH. ACTION MUST BE INITIATED AGAINST THE RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL.
