I am Pawan Kumar my telephone no s (01292380165) in village - nariyala, post office - fatehpur billcoh it is rural area
many times i have complained in bsnl office it change my rent but nobody change my plan. in December i am (712/-) paid bill & and after DEC my phone is connect to bsnl and this time my bill is 657/- no body use my phone but this charge is out of my range.and bills is not receiving for my home so sir please take any steps in bsnl office thanks
