BSNL - Landline
No proper service

Hello Sir/Madam

I am residing in chinthamanipudur (Coimbatore District). I have BSNL landline in my home. The phone was in out of order for more than 2 weeks in a month, there is no response from the appropriate providers. If we make any complaints the didn't response for that. And also they are charging more bill amount (15 days phone is in out of order). Plz take proper action.
