This is regarding the landline number 0120 - 2601942 in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (UP).
We applied for a new BSNL landline connection around 5 months ago. However, since its installation this connection is dead. We have complained about this and appealed to repair this connection in Indirapuram, BSNL office 3 times, but still nothing has been done.
A similar comlaint is from my neighbor with connection number 0120 - 2690804.
