Land line has a service issue

For the past week the land line phone has a problem. We are not able to hear the ring. it is not a problem with the instrument as we have checked it with other instruments also.

This is causing massive inconvenience as no one is able to reach us.

I have placed 1/2 a dozen complaints. there is no mechanism to track the old complaints to closure also. so I keep raising new complaints.
