Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 10years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is 0522 -2208624 (my address is 15 B. Manas nagar Jiamau Near Raj Scanning, Lucknow. ) i am bokking several of complaints for the last 2 months, the service man is coming to my home and doing nothing i cant even tolrate if this problem presist. Kindly service my complaint to the related authority for favourable response.
