VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

Dear sir/mam

My phone connection number is 0191-2432405 .We have taken this connection for official use. But 90% of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 2 or 3 complaints from net as well as through 198.

But this telcom. team not taking any seriously. They just call from his site but noothing result found.

Due to this we r loosing our business.

I have seen never in my life such a miserable service.

Finally i use ur support. If u can do somthing for us.

I will be thankful to u.
