This is a complain to bsnl telephones, kolkata. my landline 2321 9544 issued in the name of Mr. C.Mallik has been lying dead for sometime. please do take notice. also this has become a problem as it goes dead very frequently and then it has to be repaired. i request you sending over a technician from your team to come over and have a look.
