BSNL Landline
Phone - Not working for last 2 months

Hello Sir,

I live in Ahmedabad, working in a software company. In my family, my mother and younger sister are living at Godhara. For last 2 months our BSNL Land line phone is not working. My mother and sister had complained it to the BSNL office for more than 10 times. Then they say, "It will get to work properly within 2-3 days". After 2-3 days it works, but only for 2-3 hours only..., after that the condition is again the same as it was (Not Working).

Now, My family is getting frustrated, as no one is listening to their complaints.

What are we supposed to do..., As I can go only on sunday at my home on which their office is not open obviously.

Please Guide us.
