My name is ramkumar agrawal. my address is main bazar, gursarai, distic- jhansi, (u.p.). my landline no is 05171-220258. i want to disconnect my landline number. i give many times complaints to the exchange office of bsnl in my town. but they denied to accept this application for disconnecting the phone. they ignore the application and say you will come after 10 days. then i go after ten days so they said that your phone can not disconnect now. then i go to the head depart of bsnl in my distic in jhansi, they will also ignoring that problem. so pleas give me the right suggetion on my email-id how can i dissconnect my landline number, my email-id is [email protected]...
