Phone not working

Dear sir

sub- bsnl phone not working (01292380165)

I Pawan kumar i am used bsnl phone last four years i have not received hard copy of the bill before three four months i have not paid the bills so my phone disconnected by bsnl. and Decmber 7 i have paid outstanding but phone not connected . i had many calls to bsnl nobody take any action to connect my phone.

please take any action to bsnl and connect my phone. no outstanding bills.
