Same landline number to other person

sir,

i stay in makarpura area of vadodara city & my complaint is that my landline number is 0265-2637112. & this same number is of some one else's too few days back staying in tarsali area... 2 days back my phone was dead so i tried to call on my landline through my mobile to check whether its working.. i could hear the ring & it was picked up by some man staying in tarsali area.. how can my number be other's landline number too.. & moreover my bills are more than what i can expect..

sometimes two persons calling at the same time on my landline number can hear my voice as well as the 2nd person who has also called at the same time...

we were asked by the local concern person of bsnl team not to make any compalint..

i therefore would kindly request you to see to the matter..
