Wrong strret number printed in my telephone bill

Sir,

my postal address is wrongly printed in my telephone bill so i can't get my telephone bill. Every month i have to take out the duplicate bill from internet. Pls change the address in my telephone bill. It is '2'Kundan bye lane instead of 'Z' kundan bye lane. It also creates a problem as a proof of address. pls change the strret number in my bill as soon as possible.my number is 26457296 and consumer id is0804009800725.
