Not working for last one month - Compaint No. M246 dt. 24-02 Mattanchery telephone exchange not attending reg

Telephone 2224053 fault reported on 24-02. Complaint Registration No. M246 Mattancherry Exchange. Reported to Grievance Cell Bsnl, Ernakulam vide E-mail. Regret that no response till now from the authorities. Since I am a Public Sector employee and considering the nature of my work land line is very essential. If the fault cannot be rectified please let me know the reason so that I am act upon that.
