During online bill pay money was debited from account but bill status is showing 'Awaiting Bank COnfirmation'

Yesterday I tried paying the BSNL landline bill online through net banking. The money got deducted from my account but bill pay status has 'Initiated'. How do I confirm that bill is paid or not?
