I have a landline connection with recurring charges Rs.120./month. I have also activated Broadband facility with recurring charges rs.250/month. I am not getting the discount of free usage of phone calls on landline connection. Moreover when I view my Bill Analysis on registering the BSNL SELFCARE PORTAL, only detail broadband usage is displayed. I want to view my PHONE CALLS usage as well. This DISCOUNT of free phone call usage is not credited at all. MY LANDLINE NO.
