LAND LINE NOT WORKING

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that our land line No.2803193 is not in operation for the last two week. In spite of repeated complaints to our telephone exchange Vennala, no action is being taken to rectify the fault. Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the fault as soon as possible.
