Very poor service

Dear sir/madam,

i am the cusomter of bsnl landline service (01741-222222) from 4 years. but the service of pehowa exchange is very poor. no employee shows own authority about complaint. previous year they put my landline phone barred from 3 to 4 months, because of their own mistake. they wrongly made the huge amount of bill in my account. i made many round to telephone exchange, bt no solution. after that i had to visit kurukshetra telephone exchange to make accurate bill for my account. i am the customer, i am not the agent of bsnl complaint centre. the employees are taking salary to make customer satisfaction, if customer will do the employees work ownself then why we need of employees. Now from 1 month my landline showing very disturbance, i complainted many times to bsnl office & called many times to bsnl office no. (01741-220348) they always says that they will make the phone ok today. bt no action. poor & lazy staff there. i am making the mind to take legal action against bsnl. i am feeling very disturb now.
