Dead Phone

0172-2217482, which is in my name. The phone number has a broadband internet connection also. The phone is dead for the past 2 months now. I have repeatedly registered complaints through their call center services and personal visits. But every time I am told that the work is in progress. the phone is not in working condition as of now.
