Am a subscriber of BSNL Land line (0494 2467620: Tirurangadi Exchange). My phone is not working since last 40 days. I have complained many times in the exchange. They said that some under ground cable fault occurred. But they didn't take any measures for that. So i humbly request you to take necessary action.
