Tata Indicom is the worst service provider in India!

I have purchased a handset from Tata Indicom under corporate benefits on Aug. I gifted it to my wife on Aug 4th on her Birthday. Since that day the phone is not working (activated). I called their customer care and corporate care, mailed them, faxed them but still the services on my phone are not restored.
