20% discount not given to govt employee

Good morning sir

i have taken bsnl land-line conection for using internet the no. is 01765-260025 in june. i am govt. employee in education department. i have the taken the scheme of 20% less discount on my no. which is provided by bsnl to every govt custmer. but they have not given me any discount in my any bill. when i ask in bsnl office bhadson they have sent me in patiala branch. i have gone in patiala office they noted my problem and say we will inform u by call. i have submitted the complaint last month when i call them they have not given me any good ans to setisfied me,

pls help me regarding this matter.
