BSNL Land Line new connection

We have applied for Land line on 5/11vide Registration No: STP/GG/NOR/11-12/0149 and Work Oder No: STP/N/GG/BP/11-12/0164, Customer No: 0720111100053 in Jadavpur Telephone Exchange, Jadavpur, Kolkata-700032.

After 58 days, no further intiation has came from BSNL, Kolkata Telephone. After calling the contact number, provided no response received.
