BSNL Land line
Land Line Not working

Dear Sir,

The BSNL Land Line Phone in my house has not been working since march My Land Line number is 0483-2831833 under vazhayoor Telephone Exchange, Malappuram - (Dist) So many times we submitted the complaint to the Telephone Exchange, but no positive action from their side, They are telling so many excuses without rectifying the problems.

I kindly request you to take favorable action to solve the above problem.
