Phone not working

Sir,

Regret to inform you that Land phone No- 04829-284433 is out of order from last two months. Inspite of repeated complaints the same is not yet repaired by concerned office.

I am serving in the army and I can't even know whereabout old aged parents. And also unable to avail the benefit of Mob JAWAN PLAN which you offered specially for soldiers.

Request issue suitable instruction to the concerned office for get commercial at the earliest.
