BSNL Landline Complaint
Outgoing barred

Dear Sir,

My landline telephone no is 267549. I am not getting the telephone bill regularly. I got the duplicate bill on 21/07 and deposited Rs. 1667/- on the same day. But till today it shows outgoing debarred.

I had given an application on 21/07 for Change of plan of my Broadband from BBG 250 to 499 UL, but it is not materialised because of outgoing debarred in the system.

You are requested to remove the outgoing debarred at the earliest.
